MYFITNESS does not accept returns. However, when the wrong or damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either refund the wrongly/damaged delivered product or ship the correct product again, as the customer may request upon communication. The customer must initiate such communication within 24 hours of delivery.
Order once placed, cannot be l or edited.
Refund or replacement of defective products requires valid visual (photo/video) proof. Products with broken seal will be automatically rejected.
The refunds normally take 5-7 working days.
