The peanut butter has about 300gms of protein which makes it the best peanut butter for fitness enthusiasts!! Even if people are not in fitness they should be concerned for their fitness. Not only it has the wonderful taste which makes it easy to consume and along with that it has all the good/great ingredients! That you can ask for from a peanut butter! Unlike others My fitness has done a good job of providing what their customers need and what they have promised them to provide them!! :) that's why it's up front of all these brand which just provide excess oil in the name of peanut butter! We consume peanut butter so that we can get the goodness of peanuts oils but not the excess fat! So go for it they also mention their ingredients properly too! And they have given it a nice texture too it comes with varieties too! Crispy,crunchy and for OGs the smooth personally I don't like the smooth and the crispy so I always go with crunchy I am only writing this review because I bought it for the first time to experience it and to be honest the experience for not that good but other might not agree with me!! And their products always keep getting better! They always keep adding more reasons to buy their products!! Love to my fitness and amazon!
